The shuttle service was super handy, making trips easy, and the breakfast is a great deal for what you pay. I loved the relaxing massage options they offered after a long day. Just a heads up, the TV channels were kinda limited, but it didn't ruin my time at all! 😊

We had a pleasant stay here, especially enjoying the convenience of the shuttle service that takes you to the Haram every 30 minutes. The staff was super friendly, making our family feel right at home during our visit. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was a bonus for coffee lovers!
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms need more space for families with children.

The special Taboula dish prepared by the Syrian chef was a highlight, showcasing a blend of homey flavors. Staff were attentive and reliable. However, the room was cramped for our needs, and the breakfast options felt limited. Furthermore, the hotel's distance from the main religious site made transportation inconvenient at times.

The stay was alright, but the shuttle service to the Haram was quite unreliable. At times, it was frustrating waiting for the bus, especially considering the distance to get to the drop-off point. On a positive note, the room was clean and nicely appointed, which made our downtime enjoyable. The staff was attentive when we needed assistance. However, improvements to the shuttle schedule and cleaner rooms could enhance the experience significantly.
